Nokia hat einen neuen, kompakten Tablet-PC präsentiert: Der N810 kann per WLAN mit dem Internet verbunden werden. Wo kein kabelloses Netzwerk verfügbar ist, können Nutzer auch eine Verbindung per Handy herstellen - die Datenübertragung zum N810 erfolgt dann per Bluetooth. Ausstattungshighlights ist der integrierte GPS-Empfänger und die ausfahrbare Tastatur.
Benutzer des N810 können also nicht nur schnurlos im Netz surfen oder per VoIP-Software telefonieren, sondern das Gerät auch zur Navigation nutzen. Für gute Übersicht sorgt dabei das 4,13 Zoll große Display mit einer Auflösung von 800 x 600 Pixeln. Das Gerät verfügt zudem über eine Kamera mit VGA-Auflösung. Eingaben können Benutzer wahlweise über den Touchscreen oder die ausfahrbare QWERTZ-Tastatur machen.
Zehn Gigabyte Kapazität
Natürlich ist das Gerät auch zur Wiedergabe von Musik und Videos geeignet: Per optional erhältlicher Speicherkarte lässt sich die Kapazität des Gerätes auf bis zu zehn Gigabyte erhöhen. Bei der Software setzt Nokia in erster Linie auf freie Software: Das Betriebssystem OS2008 basiert auf Linux, der integrierte Web-Browser auf Mozilla. Die Programme werden auf Basis der Entwicklungsplattform maemo an die Bedürfnisse des Handhelds angepasst.
Preis: 400 Euro
Der Tablet-PC N810 soll im November in den Handel kommen und 479 Dollar kosten (umgerechnet rund 336 Euro). Beim vom Nokia bekannt gegebenen Preis ist allerdings die Mehrwertsteuer nicht berücksichtigt. Rechnet man diese mit ein, wird das Gerät hierzulande wohl rund 400 Euro kosten.

Wie sieht die Rückseite aus? Ich frag mich ob es hinten noch ne Kamera hat. 2MP mit Autofokus würde schon reichen, damit ich mir das Teil zulege.
Einen Vergleich zu dem HTC gerät kann ich nicht machen, da ich das nicht kenne. Ansonsten sind diese Internet-Tablets ganz praktisch. Ersetzen aber einen Organizer auch nicht vollwertig. Für mobiles Interne...[mehr]t mit nem Bluetooth Handy als Modem aber allerdings sehr genial. Und vor allem klein.
Viel weiter reicht mein Info-Spektrum auch nicht.
